My cat dragged in
Thru the door one fine morn
On its back ears hung
Forty pounds of feet and tongue

Ooh-wee my dear Henry
Dig the dog the cat dragged in
Ooh-wee my dear Henry
Dig the dog the cat dragged in

Can't fight won't bite
Has bugs eats rugs
Smells flowers sleeps hours
Growing like a dinosaur

Ooh-wee my dear Henry
Dig the dog the cat dragged in
Ooh-wee my dear Henry
Dig the dog the cat dragged in

14. Henry Thomas
(Sebastian) I have loved this song all the time from late 60's by Lovin' Spoonful and John Sebastian. So I decided to make my own cover. -- Jore

I haven't heard this for years – but it's certainly written in the style of Henry Thomas – an old Texas bluesman from the 1920s (I've heard all his recordings) who played guitar and quills. John Sebastian certainly wrote some good (and some bad) songs – but don't we all. This is good. --Davy
